Our Atlanta Limo Service Customers' Frequently Asked Questions
What are your business hours?
Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., we are in our physical office. Because we serve clients at all hours of the day, seven days a week, we answer our phones 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please phone our office if you have an emergency, as our email is not monitored during the evenings and weekends.
Is every limousine service the same?
There is no one-size-fits-all limousine service. Others cater to weddings and special events, while others focus on corporate business. Friends, family, and business acquaintances should be contacted for referrals and recommendations. Many variables must be considered, including reputation, years in business, fleet size and age, license and insurance, customer service philosophy and back office assistance, chauffeur depth and kind – all firm personnel (screened and trained), and financial stability. When selecting a transportation provider, always exercise caution. Do not be afraid to inquire about anything, including evidence of insurance.
What is the best time to make a reservation?
Simply call us to make your reservation as soon as your plans are more concrete. We usually recommend giving as much notice as possible, particularly during our busiest seasons (spring & fall). Your reservation can be made up to a year in advance. Call or e-mail us as soon as you have all of the essential data, at the very least the day and time of your vacation or special occasion.
Do you provide transfers for special events, such as "drop-off and pickup"?
In most circumstances, there will be a minimum hourly rental duration. And this structure has numerous advantages, particularly for special events and occasions. Throughout your service, the same car and chauffeur are guaranteed. You are free to leave your items in the car. You can make as many stops as you want, and the vehicle and chauffeur will follow your instructions. It is often more calming to know that you will have access to the vehicle for the duration of the rental agreement.
What if I only require the vehicle to transport us from point A to point B? Are you able to provide this type of service?
Yes, with the exception of peak demand dates and events, there may be situations and times where a transfer service is conceivable. A transfer is essentially a one-way, straight pick-up and drop-off at a predetermined time. Extra stops and driving around are not included in the cost and will be added to the final bill. To choose what sort of service will best fit your needs, it is important to study all information at the time of reservation.
What kind of amenities do you have in your vehicles?
Bottled water and ice are included in the built-in coolers of all limos and limo party buses, as well as glassware and napkins. Customers are welcome to bring their own snacks and drinks to the restaurant. No kegs are allowed in any vehicle. Alcoholic beverages are permitted as long as all passengers in the car are at least 21 years old. To reduce mishaps, we recommend using tiny, ready-to-use individual bottles of alcohol rather than larger containers that require pouring and mixing.
During my reservation, what do your chauffeurs wear?
We understand that our chauffeurs may be caught in the act when serving their clients at weddings and other special events, therefore we require them to be dressed professionally in a dark suit with a white dress shirt and necktie.
We reserved a 10-person limousine, but there are now 11 of us. Will they be able to fit in?
We are delighted that you have so many friends, but we must ensure their safety while in our vehicles. In order to comply with our insurance coverage, every vehicle has a limited capacity that we must adhere to. It’d be like trying to move 13 eggs in a dozen carton in a safe manner. Please contact our office for assistance with an upgrade if you require a larger limousine. There may be additional charges.
Is it permissible to smoke in your vehicle?
NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN ANY OF THE VEHICLES. If any passenger smokes in a vehicle, a minimum cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged, plus the cost of any damage caused by the smoking.
Should I give my driver a tip?
A 15-20 percent tip is generally given for excellent service. The driver gratuity is included in some of our mentioned packages. If this is the case, the amount will be shown on your confirmation. If you prefer to tip in cash directly to the driver based on your experience, please let our office staff know when making your reservation so we can make sure it is not included.
What are the payment methods that Limousines, Inc. accepts?
For initial deposits and final payments, we take (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover). If you opt to pay with a credit card, the balance will be charged the day before your reservation or on the last day we are open for the week, which is Friday, unless the customer specifies otherwise. When you make your reservation, you can also make cash deposits directly with our office. If you want to pay your balance in cash, be ready to discuss it with your chauffeur when he or she arrives at the FIRST pickup point.
What is the procedure for making a reservation?
We provide a range of methods for making reservations. Reservations can be made via phone or email.
Are there any shuttle buses or motor coaches available?
We certainly do! The shuttle buses in our fleet that we most frequently employ have a capacity of 28 passengers. We have a fleet of them available in case you require more than one. For groups of more than 28 people, motor coaches are also available. For pricing and availability, please contact our office.
Is it possible to request a specific driver?
Yes! We enjoy it when our clients fall in love with their chauffeur and want to hire them again for their next session. If you can’t recall the name of your previous chauffeur, please ask our office staff.
Is it okay if we bring our own music?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own music to enrich your time with us. CD players are standard in all limos, limo party buses, and shuttle buses. iPod and/or Bluetooth connections are available in certain of our limousines. Please inquire about your limousine’s unique amenities with our staff.
How will I know when my limousine has arrived?
Your chauffeur will contact the contact person you supplied to our team when making your reservation once you arrive at your initial pickup spot. This might be you, a spouse, a wedding planner, and so on. If your location is difficult to see at night or you foresee us having problems finding you, please be on the lookout for your limousine 5-10 minutes earlier to your planned arrival. If you need to contact your chauffeur before your first pickup, you can call our headquarters.
When our event is complete and we're ready to go, how will I contact my chauffeur?
Anyone in the party who need this information will be given a business card with your chauffeur’s name and cell phone number. We recommend having this ready for reference by 2-3 individuals during your rental with us.
